1. Terms & Conditions: 

Welcome to the Library App! By accessing or using our mobile app or web platform, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions: 

1. Account Responsibility: Users must provide accurate information during registration. Each account is personal and non-transferable. 

2. Subscription & Access: Access to premium content (magazines, books, writing contests) is subject to the selected subscription plan. Subscription fees are non-refundable once processed. 

3. Content Usage: All books, articles, and media within the app are copyrighted. Users are not permitted to download, share, or reproduce content unless explicitly allowed (e.g., downloaded certificates or e-books).

4. Reader Zone Restrictions: Screenshots, copying, or external sharing from the Reader Zone is prohibited to protect author royalties and copyright. 

5. Contest Participation: Writing contests must be submitted before deadlines. Duplicate content or plagiarism will lead to disqualification.

6. Royalty Distribution: 80% of revenue goes to authors, and 20% is retained by the app. Authors are responsible for keeping their account & banking details updated. 

7. Modifications: The platform reserves the right to modify or update terms at any time. 


2. Privacy Policy: 

Your privacy is important to us. Here's how we handle your data: 

1. Data Collection: We collect name, email, mobile number, and payment details only for account creation, order processing, and personalized recommendations. 

2. Data Use: Information is used to improve your reading experience, manage subscriptions, provide royalty records, and track contests. 

3. Third-Party Services: Payment is handled via Razorpay or other secure gateways. We do not store your card or UPI details. 

4. Data Security: All data is encrypted and stored securely. Admin access is protected with login credentials. 

5. Data Sharing: We do not share your personal data with third parties, except when legally required. 

6. Cookies: The app may use cookies for session tracking and personalized content delivery. 

7. User Rights: Users can request deletion or update of their data by contacting support. 


3. Return & Refund Policy 

1. Digital Products: All purchases made on the app (eBooks, Magazines, Subscriptions) are digital in nature and non-returnable. 

2. Refunds on Payment Failure: If your payment fails but the amount is deducted, contact support within 48 hours. Valid claims will be resolved or refunded within 7 working days. 

3. Subscription Cancellations: Subscriptions are billed monthly. Cancellations stop the next billing cycle but do not refund the current one. 

4. Duplicate Transactions: In case of accidental multiple payments, submit a support form with transaction details. Refunds will be processed after verification. 

5. Content Access Issues: If content does not load after successful payment, users must notify support within 24 hours for resolution or alternate access
